2. Description of Service

Yawnosaur is a subscription-based service that provides:

• Access to a library of bedtime stories for children
• Audio narration of stories
• Reading progress tracking and statistics
• Multi-language support for stories
• Ability to save favorite stories for quick access
• An ad-free experience for subscribers

Users without an active subscription may see advertisements displayed through Google AdSense. Subscribing to any plan removes all advertisements from the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are intended for use by parents or guardians to share stories with their children.

4. Mailing List

When you create an account, you are automatically subscribed to our mailing list. This allows us to:

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time through your dashboard settings. Unsubscribing will not affect transactional emails (such as subscription confirmations, payment receipts, and password resets).

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

5.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled.

5.3 Billing

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You may resubscribe at any time

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. A grace period may be provided to update your payment method. After the grace period, your access may be suspended.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or republish our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. User Content

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for improving our Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability
